Delete your account
You can delete your account in SCRAM: Hide and Seek, made by Moveera Pty Ltd, at any time. Do it in the app, or email us if you can’t open the app any more.
In the app
- Open SCRAM and tap the gear on the home screen.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete.
Without the app
Email us from the address on your SCRAM account, with the subject “Delete my account”:
We delete it within 7 days and reply to let you know. We only act on requests from the account’s own email address, so nobody else can delete yours.
What’s deleted
- Straight away: your name, username, email address, your choice about update emails, your sign-ins (you’re signed out everywhere) and the record of your hosting purchase.
- Within 7 days: anything left in games you played, including the locations you shared, Radio messages, tags and push tokens. Every game is deleted 7 days after it’s made, whether or not you delete your account.
What’s kept
SCRAM keeps nothing about you once your account is deleted. If you bought hosting, Apple or Google keeps its own record of that purchase, and you can restore hosting to a new SCRAM account from the App Store or Google Play.
